School Tradition

Montessori House for Children is a continuation of a Montessori journey which began in 1997 in Sugar Land, Texas. This school, now owned by a fellow Montessorian, provided the seed money for our dream of expansion and creation of a new school. Montessori House for Children has been built from the experience, ideas and enthusiasm that were gained from our original effort. Our prior Montessori experience has led us to a family commitment to build and work in a children’s school that offers the best approach we have found in early childhood development and education. We are proudly, a family owned and operated Montessori School, licensed with the state and affiliated with American Montessori Society. As a family owned and operated school, we have the distinct advantage of identifying first hand, our school community’s needs and can respond effectively.
